We’re proud to present our very own Michelin-starred chefs, with every one of them providing a refined selection of signature specials – Gordon Ramsay, Emanuele Scarello, Antonello Arrus, Alfons Schuhbeck, and Rocco Iannone.
Renowned British chef, Gordon Ramsay, has earned an impressive six Michelin stars. His menu is a delightful mix of tradition, creativity, and innovation. While he’s not always the one doing the cooking, the menu retains his style with reinvigorated customary French cuisine, mixed with Asian and Mediterranean influences. The Ristorante Gordon Ramsay attracts a surcharge for all hotel guests and requires reservations. It is open for dinner between mid-June and the end of August.
From Naples, Rocco Iannone is a young Michelin-starred chef, who is well-known for his unique reinterpretation of regular Italian cuisine. He likes to focus on simplicity and respecting his ingredients. Iannone directs the Gourmet Cooking Academy where guests learn to prepare delectable traditional Italian cuisine. The Trattoria Italiana is managed by Emanuele Scarello. With two Michelin stars under his belt, Scarello’s traditional Italian cuisine may leave you with an insatiable hunger for more. From a line of five generations of chefs, Emanuele is one of the most appreciated chefs in Italy.
Since 2003, Antonello Arrus has managed one of Forte Village’s most acclaimed gourmet restaurants – Il Belvedere. Under his guidance, Il Belvedere was awarded its first Michelin star. At the restaurant, you’ll be treated to a menu of local dishes with a creative twist and some of the finest Italian wines.
Spice For Life is a healthy gourmet restaurant headed by Michelin-starred German chef, Alfons Schuhbeck. Known for his revolutionary approach to cuisine using herbs and spices, Schuhbeck’s gourmet philosophy grew from what he learned about the incredible merits of spices during his travel around the world. His creations have been proven to boost energy levels, speed up metabolism, and assist digestion. Spice For Life attracts a surcharge for all guests and requires reservations. We have saved the best for last. Cantina Del Forte is the venue for the Night of the Great Chefs, where chefs from around the world, all Michelin-starred, meet with notable wine aficionados to create culinary masterpieces. With over eight thousand bottles of unparalleled wine from Italy and around the world, the restaurant presents an elegant and snug setting for a most memorable experience.
